Power of attorney: he gives power to his aunt Marie-Louise Laville to represent him in justice "either in my own and private name, or as heir of the late Bernard Nègre my great-uncle", and revokes the power of attorney given to citizen Laroche on October 3, 1791. Afterwards, the mayor and the municipal officers attest that the signature is indeed that of Bernard Germain Étienne Lacépède, domiciled in the commune.
