In addition to this text on wood-burning stoves, he wrote about sundials, calculating machines and the use of Napier sticks. In this book on heating, several individual models then unpublished in France are explained. Some of the stoves are decorated in the manner of the kachelofen, the Alsatian tile stoves. According to viaLibri, the Yale Library and the NYPL have a copy, as do the BnF and the Bibliothèque Sainte-Geneviève.
