Club, Marquesas Islands Wood H. 205 cm - W. 7 cm Beautiful paddle-shaped club with a round handle that flares out to form a narrow blade. The other end ends very simply, without the crescent-shaped pommel usual to Marquesan clubs, which could correspond to an old break, as is sometimes seen. A similar model without a handle is kept at the Musée du Quai Branly Jacques Chirac: inv. 71.1909.19.102 OcD.
