Reliquary cross in engraved, chased and gilded silver. Cross with four-lobed ends and openwork four-lobed circumference; on the front, Christ surrounded by the tetramorph, on the reverse, a vine with stylized branches; the back opens onto a relic of the True Cross accompanied by inscriptions in Gothic letters in black enamel SPAULI / SMATHEI / SPETRI ; reverse of the movable part decorated with a crucified Christ; the cross pivots on a square-section shaft flanked at the corners by fine buttresses; flattened bow adorned with eight small heads. The base is in the form of an aedicula pierced by ogival windows, with a pointed, four-sided roof covered with tortoiseshell tiles and resting on four high, clawed legs.
