Resting on skate feet, it is decorated with embossed and cut iron hinges, angle irons, false hinges and locks with lanceolate leaf-shaped ends; the lid is bordered by a molded frame; the interior features an eclipette. Rhineland, late 15th century H. 67 cm - W. 192 cm - D. 67 cm (minor restorations, later feet)
