Small monoxyle carved walnut tabernacle door, polychromed and gilded, depicting the Risen Christ surrounded by four putti heads. The Savior is standing holding a host engraved with a cross in his left hand, blood gushing from the wound in his side is collected by a chalice at his feet; cartouche at the bottom bearing the inscription Cibus et potus verus (True food and drink). Northern Italy, circa 1500 H. 18.3 cm - L. 17.3 cm (small accidents and cracks, old clasp on back)
