Two enconchado chests on legs that can form a pendant. They are veneered with tortoiseshell, mother-of-pearl, rosewood, mahogany and bone. Each opens with a lid and a drawer in the base. They are ornamented with flowering vases, rosettes, fleur-de-lys crosses, stylized geometric or floral motifs, framed by friezes engraved with foliate courses on one; their interiors, with inlaid geometric decoration, are fitted with an eclipette and a small mirror on the reverse of the flap; tremblé moldings and flattened ball feet; hasp lock, hinges and side handles in wrought-iron and gilding.
