St. Sebastian Reliquary-monstrance in engraved brass in the shape of a church. Box with pinnacled corners, roof with crenellated edges and checkerboard decoration in striches, gables with cut-out ramps bearing inscriptions in Gothic letters ave ma[ria] et gratia, summit cross; front featuring a lunette with arched upper part flanked by two figures of Saint Sebastian, inscription above partly hidden, below S.sebastianus; back decorated with the monograms ihs (ihesus) and cps (christus), three-petal flowers and fleurs-de-lis in the spandrels; one of the gables opens with a hinge.

This reliquary does not appear to have been the upper part of a monstrance, as no structural modifications have been observed.
