Numerous illustrations in the text and 10 hors-texte etchings by Maurice Leloir. A deluxe edition of 106 copies on japon, this one of 50 with a triple suite of etchings and an original wash drawing, and an edition of all the vignettes, also on japon. Solid binding by Marius Michel, evoking the grilles of Spanish houses. Spine faded.
