In the Kom kingdom, among the treasures entrusted to the care of the powerful Menang secret society, Ngon masks represented a princess renowned for her great beauty. The mask in the Bronsin collection is a perfect example, whose great delicacy is magnified by the remarkable, exceptionally fine beadwork, with which it is entirely covered.
