ATTENTION: For this lot it is necessary to register with our office; a deposit of 10 000 € will be requested Ѳ A pair of Famille Rose polychrome enameled porcelain bowls decorated with peonies, hisbiscus and carnations in their foliage on a black background. On the reverse side, the Yongzheng mark with six characters in kaishu in blue underglaze. The enamels probably reported. H. 5 cm - D. 8,9 cm Provenance: According to family tradition, these bowls were purchased at the sale of the Roderick George Fenwick-Palmer collection (d. 1968), which included the Kenure Park house and the objects and entire furnishings therein, by an Irish collector James H. North, Dublin, September 21-24, 1964, lot 195. These bowls are said to have been given by Sheila Wingfield, Viscountess Powerscourt, to Mr. Roderick George Fenwick-Palmer. This lot is a temporary import.
