I therefore have no need to concern myself with or expose myself to the ridicule of desequivocating it... it seems pointless to me to use my name for your surrealist activity, even if desequivocated, and for what is the subject of your meetings I will stick preferably to PC discussions. Attached is Herbin's manifesto tract on non-figurative, non-objective abstract art and the Communist Party's hostile stance towards this art form.
