JABÈS Edmond. - Lot 210
JABÈS Edmond.
L'OBSCURITÉ POTABLE. Paris, GLM, 1936. In-8, paperback.
First edition limited to 212 copies. One of 200 numbered on vellum.
Attached is a signed autograph letter from Edmond Jabès to Mathieu Bénézet. Paris, February 24, 1978. 2 pages in-4, envelope preserved. ... I like you to note: I am astonished in front of my friends to see them manufacture thought by a well-oiled mechanism... especially I would add when it's a question of a thought that has traveled the streets and no longer has anything of a double misery thought!
