AUTOGRAPH LETTER SIGNED to Georges CHARBONNIER [Paris] June 10, 1949, half-page in-4, envelope retained.
Autograph letter concerning a request for information for interviews with Georges Charbonnier, executive producer at Radiodiffusion - télévision française and author of famous interviews. In this letter, Benjamin Péret gives his definition of humor. ... Unfortunately, I'm unable to make my own choice of texts, as I lack most of my books, so I'll leave it to you.
As for the definition of black humor, here it is: Humor, bird perched on a general's mustache, droppings on his decorations.
