PICASSO Pablo. - Lot 259
PICASSO Pablo.
AUTOGRAPH LETTER SIGNED to Henri HAMM. Paris, 13 rue Ravignan, circa 1905-1909, 2 pages in-12 in ink, envelope retained.
Autograph letter signed by Pablo Picasso to Henri Hamm, sculptor and specialist in industrial molded art flasks, whose models foreshadow Cubism. ... I have written again to Monsieur Juner in Barcelona and I am still waiting for his reply. I don't understand his silence, but in any case I'm completely disinterested in this business, and it will be his fault if this time his business fails.
The spelling of Picasso's time has been respected.
Extremely rare letter from Pablo Picasso addressed from the mythical bateau-lavoir at 13 rue Ravignan.
