Label with handwritten inventory number "384" from the first half of the 19th century glued to a leaf attached partly to the inner margin of the title leaf. 17th CENTURY BINDING. Tinted vellum, gilt decoration, central iron, triple framing of fillets, fleurons at corners, ornate ribbed spine, ties, red edges. Modern brown chagrin slipcase.
