Their outer surfaces are richly decorated with an agate cabochon, framed at the top and bottom by slightly recessed quatrefoils, whose gilded surface probably served as a background for a now-defunct openwork filigree decoration. These elements are framed by silver inlays on a black background, and fine chains of the same metal. The reverse of the branches is gilded. Rounded floor with two golden bars. The front plates of the suspension eye and floor are decorated with the same gilded cartouches. Wear to the gilding.
