Virgin and Child in carved basswood, partly marouflaged polychrome, hollowed back. Seated in a swaying posture, the Virgin presents her Son clothed in a long tunic standing on her left knee; she wears a belted dress and a mantle, one flap of which returns to the front of the knees, forming superimposed V-shaped folds, and numerous horns on the sides. Eastern Germany, mid-14th century H. 59 cm - W. 29 cm - D. 15 cm (missing and damaged)
