Illustrated with a woodcut frontispiece by Pierre Deval, one of the magazine's directors with Jean Epstein, woodcuts out of text by Jean Epstein, Jeanneret, Pierre Deval, Jean Lacroix. Catalog for the first Promenoir exhibition: "Cubism - Purism - Expressionism". (works by Gleizes, Jeanneret, Kokoschka, Léger, Ozenfant, Segall). Along with Manomètre, Promenoir was one of Lyon's few avant-garde magazines, influenced by Dadaism and Surrealism. (slightly worn cover).
